During his nearly thirty years experience in legal dispute resolution, Mr. Ruble has handled scores of business, commercial, construction, contract, title, and estate disputes. As an advocate, Mr. Ruble helps clients choose the preferred mode of dispute resolution which can best be employed to resolve the dispute. The different modes of dispute resolution include litigation (bench or jury trials), arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiation. Mr. Ruble provides counsel about how various dispute resolution processes work, including the pros and cons of the different modes of resolution. He draws upon actual experiences to help clients predict how various processes might achieve a resolution of their dispute, and to predict the costs, so the client may make an informed choice on how to proceed.
Once a type of proceeding and a forum is determined, Mr. Ruble prepares and researches, so the presentation of evidence will be comprehensive and persuasive. We are always mindful of the desirability of exploring settlement resolution opportunities, where achievable, but we do not shy away from trying the case to a judge, jury, or arbitrator, when that is required.
