Matthew B. Ruble has been a lawyer in Maryland for more than 28 years. Mr. Ruble earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh, graduating cum laude; his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law where he earned consecutive AmJur Awards for the highest achievement in Contract law; and his Master of Science in Real Estate Development from The Johns Hopkins University.
Mr. Ruble’s practice consists of business and real estate related disputes emphasizing construction, title insurance claims, real estate problems, landlord-tenant, estate and trust disputes, and breach of contract cases. He regularly represents clients in administrative hearings, in court and jury trials, and in arbitration and mediation hearings. He also practices before appellate courts. Active in both the legal and business communities, Mr. Ruble brings his experience to each new representation, giving clients the advantage and benefit in most cases.
Mr. Ruble also serves as a neutral to privately resolve disputes. He is an Arbitrator and Mediator for the Construction Industry, Commercial, and Large and Complex Case Panels of the American Arbitration Association, and a Mediator for several Circuit Courts. Mr. Ruble is also a standing Auditor for the Circuit Court for Frederick County. Mr. Ruble is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, and the Frederick County Bar Association (Past President). Mr. Ruble has served as President of the Rotary Club of Frederick, and has served as a director of Christmas in April, Frederick County, as the Chair of the City of Frederick Personnel Board, as an officer and director of the Foundation for Spirituality & Medicine, Inc. and as President of his Lutheran Church.
